Yevgeniy Feyman

Yevgeniy Feyman is a PhD student in health services research at the Boston University School of Public Health and is an adjunct fellow in health policy at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research. His research focuses on the Medicare Advantage program, the ACA, and veterans’ health care. Previously, he was a senior research assistant at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where he worked on costs and quality in the Medicare program. Before that, he was deputy director of health policy at the Manhattan Institute.
