Prior to his current position, he served in the U.S House of Representatives as Chief Counsel for the Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform, Commercial and Antitrust Law for the Committee on the Judiciary, the Chief Counsel to the Subcommittee on Courts, Commercial, and Administrative Law, and the Chief Minority Counsel for the Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law in the Judiciary Committee.
Previously, he served as Acting Associate Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. E.P.A. and a Senior Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
