June 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM ET

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, EPA and state environmental agencies have issued a series of policies aimed at clarifying environmental enforcement where compliance is inhibited by shutdown orders, contractor travel restrictions, and other COVID-19 related issues.

In this live podcast, we will hear from John Irving, a senior enforcement official at the EPA, who will detail the agency’s actions related to COVID-19 and address frequently asked questions. He will also discuss the role of states in environmental enforcement and explain EPA’s continued efforts to ensure protection of human health and the environment.
