Matthew R. A. Heiman
Net Neutrality has been a cyber holy grail pursued by those that believe it is the key to a “free and open” internet. These “true believers” are misguided, and Tom Hazlett does a good job of explaining how they have gone astray in his recent article for Reason Magazine. As Tom explains, the plethora of services and competition that consumers enjoy today is the result of a vibrant marketplace, not brilliant bureaucrats. Tom also recently narrated a great animated explainer video on the topic, which you can view here.
